Appointments

Cloud Nine requires 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel all appointments.

If less than 48 hours notice is given, Cloud Nine will regrettably have to charge you for the treatment booked.

Courses

Cloud Nine does not offer refunds on courses. However, we can offer you a credit on your account which can be used to purchase future treatments or products at Cloud Nine.

Refunds

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for any completed treatments.

However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us and we will try and resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Cloud Nine does not give a refund or exchange for any products purchased unless unopened and in it’s original packaging.
